The environment is BES 4.0, Windows Server 2003, Exchange 2003. This might be a long shot but I've been asked the question by one of our clients. Basically, when they click on a message on their BlackBerry they want the whole message to be downloaded immediately rather than it downloading in chunks. They don't want it to say 'more' and then wait for the rest to download as they scroll. Is there a setting in BES to do this or is it possible at all? Thanks.

You can auto more all, but it still pulls in chuncks, just doesn't require intervention.

and I think it is a setting on handheld, you may be able to set it in Policy though.
