BES 4.1.3.18 running on Exchange 2k3 sp2 / Server 2k3 sp2. I currently have one user and I finally figured out how to get him synched up for the most part. However, he says he is only getting his Inbox (in addition to his calendar and contacts) and none of his subfolders. Since he has several server-side rules dropping his mail into subfolders, he needs to be able to access them from his device. I'm sure I'm missing something simple, but I can't find it in the guide...

On the handheld in messages, "options", "email settings", click again, "folder redirection". Tick the boxes there that you want. It's fairly well hidden until you've seen it once.

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but doesnt BES only sync NEW messages from any folder other then Inbox? ie: doesnt sync messages already in a folder?

If I am wrong, please please tell me how to do this...I would love to carry my old emails round for reference

You can, it's called Outlook.
