This may be a somewhat noobie kind of question but I'll ask it anyway. As I'm looking through certain users on BES I'm seeing that, although they have been successfully activated on BES their phone number and carrier are not stored. Anyone know the cause of why this information isn't stored? Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't this information get pulled directly after activation is complete?

The phone number must be entered in the device's SIM data in order for BES to read it.
Options > Advanced Options > SIM Card > Phone Number
