Hi,
I have BES set up on a Blackberry and Outlook 2010 and for some reason SOMEemails are not going from my BB to Outlook.... Any suggestions

What do you mean "not going to your outlook"? Do you mean copies of sent mail? Can you please explain further.

If I get a email sent to me it goes to my Blackberry BUT does NOT go to my Outlook inbox.

Is that account set up to go to Outlook?

Have to spoken to your BES Admin about it? Could it be a problem with Outlook 2010? That is still a beta product as far as I know and the BB isn't guaranteed to work with Beta software you know.

I'm running outlook 2010 for months now and don't have that issue. This has to be some other type of problem, I would guess unrelated to the bes. The email has to be in your mailbox or it wouldn't be going to your bb. It seems like it's a problem between mailbox and outlook. Sure you don't have any rules moving the messages or going to junk mail?

When your in the email screen on your BB click the BB button> click options> click email settings>
The settings should read:

Send email to handheld: Yes
Save Copy in Sent Folder: Yes

Once that is done click the button to the right of the track ball/pad and save changes.

Click on email reconciliation

Settings should read:
Delete on: Mailbox and Handheld
Wireless reconcile: on
On Conflicts: Mailbox Wins
