Hi,


When I take a picture I can send it instantly via messenger contact, but for some reason when I try to email the picture it takes forever and does not send... they checkmark does not come up beside my message it just looks like it is sending it and stays like that...


Any suggestions?

I am only able to send via email if:

1. The picture size is set to medium
2. If on BES, you must be on a later version (not all versions support picture attachments).

I'm betting your issue is the picture size

I've just purchased the 8300 and love it. I also have problems e-mailing pictures. How do you set the size of the picture to medium?

Thanks for the info.

Click on "camera" > go to options > adjust your settings from there.

Is this happenning with just one particular contact? or everyone in general? My first thoughts would be the size of the picture, second would be the e-mail address you are trying to send it to.
