You are welcome

when you reload your OS on BB
copy your contacts on BB
do setup wizard
and make a BACK UP

open DTM and click on backup and restore>backup

that will make a back up of your data and settings

First teach yourself to ask simple questions before you expect people to provide quick answers.

Sheesh. Cut the guy some slack. He might be using a translation program or went to public school in a big US city.

I wish him luck. I had that same problem after a year and a half with my Bold 9000. I couldn't reload or wipe the phone. Couldn't connect via BBSAK, BlackBerry Master Control Program, or Jl_Cmder. Ended up buying a new Bold 9000.

Sounds like you did if you think spell check is for dummies.

See you want answers to your questions fast and quick but nobody can really understand what you are saying without proper punctuation and at least some capitols thrown in here and there for good measure but it is really hard to read a giant never ending wall of text and most people like me will just ignore it and not bother trying to help but i thought i would type all this to give you an example of how not helpful it is but you have been given the answer how to fix this problem if you can find it in the middle of this giant wall of text hope this has helped you a lot as it has helped me some and i found it quite entertaining to do
