Default Help!!

Please Login to Remove!

My Blackberry repeatedly turns on and off, it has been doing this for a few hours. I went to my service provider and they told me that RIM launched a new software update and I would have to wait it out ?!?!?!?

Is anypne else having this same problem?

And a rover was landed on Mars.

If you let the battery die it could be defective. also if the OS is corrupted it can cause wierd issues.

Pull the battery and count to 30 then put it back. Also make sure it is fully charged.
Also this can happen if it was dropped or got wet.

Plug it into a wall charger and see if it continues.

No one else I know with a Blackberry is having any problem.

I just tried plugging it into a wall charger, still continues. I've never dropped it or gotten it wet.

Mine does it occasionally, and today was one of those days! Pulling the battery like tsac suggested works every time! I don't know why it acts up, maybe a conflict between apps or something, but it always works.

Good luck with it.

I've pulled the battery out numerous times, left it out for 5 mins, then 1/2 hour then an hour. Still continues.

Took out the sd media card. Still continues.

Put a new battery in. Still continues.

Think it's time for a new phone.

Make sure you have the latest OS. Make sure your data is backed up before you upgrade.

Went back to my service provider today and there were about 20 other people in the store with the same problem. Supposedly it was a defective sim card, replaced it and everything seems fine. Only time will tell!!
