And here we go again... day two of issues with BBM after it started working again yesterday afternoon. This is getting to be absurd.

I'm having problems with PIN. Really sucks because half the messages have been dropped, and one such partial conversation led to a misunderstanding and hurt feelings. Had to fall back on lame ol' text messaging.

Wirelessly posted (BB 11020)

You have to be a big customer and have certain support contracts, etc.

Unhappy Problems in the UK with BBM...

well in London anyway.

my BBM hasn't worked since i got my blackberry bold a few days ago..
I've added PINS but they just stay in the 'pending' section.

it's SO annoying,
i assumed i was doing something wrong, but my friend told me that it should work over wifi (wifi works and connects in the browser without an issue) but just made me slightly curious...
i googled, and it seems everyone's been having problems about now.
I'm going to call vodafone and see if they can't resend me service books to it.

but i've tried, deleting and reinstalling BBM - still no difference.. going onto a different SIM card 3g PAYT vodafone until a card issue is resolved with my bank.
Still not worked, i'm assuming it must just be an international problem now..

I am having trouble using the BlackBerry Messenger service.
Every now and again probably about 3 or 4 times a week it deletes one certain contact without me even pressing delete....it just seems to disappear!! We normal just add each other again via PIN and the problem is resolved, although it is rather annoying that it just decides to dissapear when it wants!
So yesterday as usual, the contact disappeared off my contact list. So we tried to add one another again....but this time with no luck!
He recieves my request and accepts but he continues to remain in my 'pending' list and I cannot talk to him through there. Also I do not appear on his contacts at all!!
When he tries to add me I don't get the usual request through BlackBerry Messenger I get an email saying he is trying to add me.....even though he adds me through his phonebook(where my PIN is attached).
We have tried everything! Deleting each other and trying again, removing the PIN and adding it again, switching the phone on and off, taking the battery pack out and resetting it etccccc.....nothing seems to work!
I even rang my service provider but they can't seem to help either.....
Anybody have any ideas.....PLEASE!!???
