I have the curve and have been a BB user for many years. I just got my curve and had to leave my 8830. On all my other BB units I have been able to view my address book with a view that showed me 10 or more names, and was not double spaced. Now that I have my curve, I am not able to view my address book in this manner. I can only see 5 names at a time in the list and they are double spaced.
Can anyone tell me what I can do to make this change so that I can see more names when I scroll through the address book. I have tried everything that I possibly know.
How about putting the phone number instead of the company name?
A nice suggestion, but unless you place the phone number in its proper field (Work, Home, Mobile, etc.), you won't have that instant short menu calling shortcut when you open a contact and press menu.
Hey iam having issue's where the curve will not show names for some on the contacts already in the address book when they call...does anyone knw why thats happening..and its pretty random..sometime it shows the number & name when they call but most of the times it will just show the number..for the same callers.
