I have a Blackberry Torch 9800 on the 3UK network. I can't find a forum for 3UK so I thought I would ask on here as it may not be a network-related proplem.

The BB Torch uses the version 6.0 OS.

My proplem is with downloading apps from the Blackberry World App store.

I select an app to download. I put in my BBW login details. The details are correct as I am taken to my profile details page. I don't want to make any changes so I discard the changes. I am then taken back to the app store. Nothing I do seesm to allow me to proceed with the purchasing and downloading of apps.

Have any other BB Torch users had the same proplem, or is it just me/a network issuse?

1. All Torch models run OS 6. Its the last 3 digits that determine which version of OS 6.
2. This is a common problem posted all over this forum, I've no idea if any of the threads contain a solution.
A search for App World problem may reveal information.

I have the .246 version of the software, which I think is the latest offering from 3UK, though I won't be able to check or download/install any new newer releases until I get hom on 17 December.
