If you are not using Cellular One service, I don't know how to fix your problem, but:

If you are using Cellular One service, here's how I fixed mine:

Go to 'settings', 'options'. Scroll down to 'service book'. Click into service book and scroll to the bottom. Near the bottom there is something that says "browser config for 5 click". Highlight that then click the scroll and choose delete. Be careful that you only delete the "browser config for 5 click" and nothing else. After doing that you should be able to save images and ringtones.

Sorry, that was how I fixed my Cellular One problem. If you're on TMo, I don't have a clue how to help with that one. Sorry!

well, if anyone runs into this same problem, i have found a way to get around it... first you have to download install the desktop software from www.blackberry.com NOT THE ONE FROM TMOBILE, then you can install the blackberry browser which will allow you to save images and sounds
