From your Phone Log, press menu>Options>General Options>You should see a field called "Show My Number".Change this to "No".

Or dial *67 before the phone number for a single call.

This is only for phone application, not the the actual phone caller ID.

For Caller ID, instead of changing "Show My Number", change "Restrict My Identity" to "Always" to block caller ID for all calls.

For selective blocking dial *67+number.....

Hi,
I am unable to locate any of the above options on my blackberry. I can't locate general options under options and can't even find restrict my Identity.
Please help me out to find it.

you have to go into your call log. it has its own little icon.
push the menu botton, scroll down and select options and general options.
you have to make sure you are in the call log screen and not in the normal phone options menu
