Hey guys,

Looking for some help. After a long struggle to get a new BlackBerry server up and running after a server crash i have finally got it working.

Everything sync's perfectly, and wireless activation works nicely!

However after doing a sync it only gives me emails for this week!?! (so today i see emails for the 3rd of December onwards.

Is there a way to make the handset sync the whole folder?

You can increase pre-population to 14 days / 750 messages (from the Blackberry Manager, click the server / edit / messaging / prepopulation).

As for the rest, I don't know of a way (beyond emailing them to yourself again?)
