Default Unwanted E-mail folder on Exchange 2003

Please Login to Remove!

Dear all,

Does anyone know if its possible to prevent E-mail that is put in the unwanted E-mail folder of an Exchange 2003 users mailbox from being sent to the handheld?

When using a standard Exchange 2003 server installation, it seems that sometimes the BES is a bit quicker than the default unwanted E-mail filter and sends the E-mail to the handheld. The E-mail then is moved on the server to the unwanted E-mail folder, but still appears on the handheld (under that same folder though). Some other times, it seems that the BES starts its operations a bit later then the default unwanted E-mail process and then it doesn't send these messages to the handheld.

I hope some of you have been able to tackle this problem. Please let me know any thoughts you might have!

Cheers,

Masud
