Or some knockoff?

Soon we will see it show up on Engadget's KIRF list.

Hey, at least it's got a FM tuner in it! (That probably won't work anywhere but China) Looks like they found a use for the 83XX series screens that were left over from the previous model runs too..

That's the point. All they sell are BlackBerry knock-offs. I just thought everyone would get a kick out of it.

Looks like the pictures are of a real BlackBerry 9700. I'm curious to see what it actually looks like.

Not a bad idea for a kid if they want to be "Just like mom or dad", but then again if they're that young, they don't need a phone. And if they're old enough for a phone, then they'll probably be kinda put out once they spend 2 minutes with it! LOL

I always laugh at all the iPhone knock offs, seems there's a huge market for this stuff in China..

What is the problem with WM 6.5? Have you even used it or are you one of those who bashes WM without even trying it, just because it is made by Microsoft. Believe it or not, WM is much better than blackberry operating system, just because WM doesn't have a good e-mail service like RIM doesn't make it any inferior.

What part of "doesn't have a good e-mail service like RIM" makes is NOT inferior? Doesn't the definition of "inferior" include being "not as good as"?

I will not turn this into another WM/BB debate. They each have their own pluses and minuses. I will leave it at that.

Funny, in the other post you say you don't want turn this into another BB/WM debate, but ask the question. I have used WM on many different phones, ranging from HP to Eten to several Palm and the latest Palm Treo Pro. It was ok in its day, but for my taste is dated and quirky. I am glad you like it, for each his/her own. I prefer BB and iPhone.
