I have one user who has two mails that won't delete off her Blackberry 6230.

I have checked her handheld options, and it was set to delete only on handheld. Even if I chose Prompt, it still won't delete the two messages.

New messages can come and be deleted but not these two. Rebooted the handheld with no effect.

Not a huge deal, but any help would be appreciated.

Did the messages accidentally get saved to the saved items folder?

If it's not in saved you can always wipe it out by going to desktop manager/Backup and Restor/Advanced and clear out the messages
