Default Blackberry Torch 9800 - help needed

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

I have the Black Berry Torch 9800 , since i've got it i didn't dig in it very much, but now i have some questions to ask :

1. i saw that in torch a text message can appear "directly" on the screen when i get it , is it true?

2. is it me or the touch in the Torch is not that good ? when i try to type something on the touch keyboard it doesn't give the right letters that i choose , any solution?

3. sometimes i don't know how but i see that all networks are "OFF" which means i get no calls or messages or anything, i think it happens when the phone is in my pocket i press something on the touch screen.
i use the "password" to lock my blackberry, but i dont think it helps.
how to solve that?

4. where can i find help for the "Options" in blackberry 9800 ?
i am getting lost there.. it is not likethe Blackberry 9700 :\

-------------------

question about the Blackberry 9700
how can i set the phone to default which means : every message, calls, contact everything to be gone
and to have the phone as it is new as i got it ?

,

thanks
