Hi everyone,

When I send a message to one particular person on bbm, it always has a "d" next to the message even when they have read it and replied. I do not get the reply either. It is really annoying and only happens with this person.

Has anyone had this before?

What version of BBM is that one person running?

I am not actually sure.

Surely it can't be that they are the only person on my list of about 150 people who are running a very old version of bbm?

This problem has also come out of nowhere, it used to be fine.

It originate from when I got a new bb and restored everything on it, it did not automatically re-add everyone on my contact list.

In the meantime I have deleted her and re-added. She has also tried to add me. All works until a message is sent.

Nope, a regular consumer.

Is there any way I can start from scratch? Wipe the phone, and then get it to automatically re-add everyone again? (basically how it would of done when getting this new handset)

I don't believe the problem is on your end.

You can always delete and re-add the offending contact.

Done, and they have re-add me. It is very weird
