Default 7100 theme help

Please Login to Remove!

Alright, I've only had my 7100 blackberry for a few days now and I hate the generic theme for it. I downloaded some really cool themes and extracted tehm to my desktop then loaded them onto my phone through the BB console. It said complete and I can see them under the applications folder on my phone, but they are not in the theme folder for me to select.

How do I get them into the theme folder so that I can chage themes?

That is a common message, try deleting the theme you installed by going to options/advanced options/applications. Find the theme and delete it. Re-boot the phone.
When that is complete connect you phone to your pc again and use the DM to install the theme and this time select the theme.alx file along w/the plazmic_theme_reader.alx file.
When compete keep that folder in the same place and as you add themes keep placing them in the same directory/folder. The DM will keep going back to the same location looking for additional items to install and when you move files around it gets confused (so to speak) and will give that message.

hope this helps.

Do you need to have the handheld OS loaded onto the PC in order to load themes?
