I can't seem to find the answer on the forums:

I'm on BES. In Outlook, I have numerous archive folders. With so much email coming in I regularly file messages into them.

When I go to find the messages on the BB, they are not in the folders. (Email: View Folder, open folder). They're all empty.

I can't figure out how to get the messages to show up on the BB.

Suggestions?

Are these archive folders in your Exchange mailbox? Or are they in a PST file? If the latter you probably can't view them on the BB at all. If the former I think you have to specify that the folder should be synced to the BlackBerry using Desktop Manager. (The default is Inbox and Sent Items only.)

I don't use BES and may be completely off base, but I suspect you need to become familiar with redirection, and you'll probably be able to figure out what to do.
