Is it possible to control the field mapping in wireless sync with Outlook address book (BES)?

Have you searched the forum? You should start in the BES Admin Corner.

I am not an Admin but an end user. Search did not yield anything useful for end user.

You cannot do anything on BES if you are not the admin.
