Default Where are the Device Data?

Please Login to Remove!

I just re-activate my 9300 on BES. The initial problem is that I have two sets of calendars and address books. I normally use Desktop software to delete them. But now, I can't seem to do that any more.

If I go to Backup or Delete Device Data, I only see 3 entries

Handheld Agent 612 Entries
Policy 0 Entries
Random Pool 1 Entries

At my home desktop, I no longer have the option to sync the organizer.

Is there some changes that disabling this?

Thanks

Once activated on BES, you cannot sync to a desktop, only backup and restore.

I used to be able to turn off wireless sync and then sync with desktop.

But besides that, in Backup now, I can only see the above three data, nothing else. What's causing it?

Thanks

Sounds like maybe the BES Admin installed an IT Policy that limits that stuff.

Have to wipe the device and re-activate. Then everything is back to normal. Something went wrong on the first activation

As stated if your on a BES and the Admin set the IT policy, the restrictions will be back. Maybe not right away but soon. doing a wipe does not remove restrictions.
