Where is the best place to buy a bluetooth from? My carrier is rogers, is it best to buy from them? Or an independant store? I don't know too much about them, which is the best one to get?

Depends on how you will be using it, there are many manufacturers that sell Bluetooth headsets/ear pieces.

The cost will not have changed much if you buy from your carrier or a third party retailer.

I am partial to Motorola's S9-HD.

Blueant also makes good accessories.

For the most part that is true. Except he said his carrier was Rogers. In Canada, all carriers have smaller collection, but the ones they do have, usually have been tested to work the best with their device models. Best Buy and Future Shop are not as good as third party sellers(selection and price) like the 'The Telephone Booth' or 'Battery Plus'

Thanks for the help, I guess I will go see what rogers has, it is mainly for use in the car, are these easy to setup? Can anybody link me to a setup guide? Or do the instructions come with it?

I'd be tempted to go to a site review / comparison site and choose from there. I wouldn't just go off what your carrier says, ask around.
