Default Trouble syncing KeePass

Please Login to Remove!

Has anyone come up with a solution for the "unable to decrypt device database using the supplied credentials" error when trying to sync KeePass databases between desktop and the BB? For weeks after initially installing KeePass on the BB all was well, then one day the error message came up for what reason I have no idea. I'd sure like to be able to get it working again. Thanks.

A little more info would help...
What version of KeePassBB and KeePass on the desktop?
What BlackBerry OS version?
Are you using keyfiles?

Let's see...on the desktop it's version 1.16...on the BB it's 1.2.1269. No keyfiles. OS version on my Bold is 4.6.0.266. It worked before with this same OS.

Upgrade to 1.2.1275 and see if that fixes the problem.

Dang...that worked. KeePass is syncing once again and I am happy.

Very cool RemyJ. I appreciate your help; I was unaware of an update to KeePass for the BB. It wasn't that long ago that I checked for one.

I think I'll be coming to BlackBerry Forums if I need help, instead of CrackBerry.com. No one even bothered to answer me there. I guess they're too busy reading all those inane "What are your top 5 apps?" posts.
