Question BB 8520 changes Router's SSID and WPA2 password when connected through QSS

Please Login to Remove!

I connected a BB 8520 to a TP-LINK 741ND using the QSS (quick secure setup) button on the router and the option "Push Button Setup" on the BB.

After that, the router SSID was changed to Network-AABBCCDDEEFF (where AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF is the Mac Address of the wifi interface of the router) and the wifi password was also changed to something like C17A1D7FD2FD8001C43F91EBDB719BCCB8A3DF57512975B8D7 16C54715EE8A32.

Obviously, the rest of the wireless devices in the house lost their connections and I had to enter the web configuration interface of the router to set the old password again.

After that, I tried to connect the same BB to another similar router, a TP-LINK 941ND and the exact same thing happened.

I don't know yet the exact way of reproducing it because now if I erase the connection from the BB and do all again, it connects correctly without changing any router configuration.

I already reported this to TP-LINK and they are checking it, but apart from that, I don't understand why the phone changes the SSID of the router.
Have you ever hear about this?
