you know what my storm works fine.. what we need is the third party people to get us some kick ass apps like that loop and taking a picture of a bar code and see where it is cheaper and crap.. i still want them to get some of the qwerks fixed on the storm but if we had some sweat apps that would shut everyone up... they should have been available at launch by the way.. of all the boneheaded things..

Here's an interesting article about barcode software.

One of those links (StoreXperience) lists several other Blackberries which are compatible, so I may give it a try later and see if it works on the Storm.

That is a fear of mine that companies wont kick out apps like they do for the iphone. It is ridiculous how many apps that phone has. Even Google makes their own maps program for it...

Look and take a picture is some app I saw on the G1 phone for T-Mobile. It's pretty slick.

The screenshot app (I think) is called Capture it.
