Ok, so ever since I updated to .419 on my storm, I been having black lines in my sms threads all the times and the flick scroll is messed up.

I am attaching a picture to show what I mean.

I tried upgrading OS to hybrids, wipe the device, reinstall, delete all messages, and numerous battery pulls, and change thread to stripes instead of bubbles.

Has anyone found a solution to this?

This appears to be a bug with some of the new 5.0 releases. I had the same problem when I was running a leaked OS on my 8520. It seems the only way to get rid of them is to wait for a later OS build to be released. As for the flick scroll, that should eventually be fixed with a new build also.

I'm running a hybrid and have just switched to "Stripes" instead of "Bubbles" and it isn't there anymore. Otherwise, hitting the Blackberry button and then the Escape key.

yeah but this is my 3rd OS, well leaked and then hybrids, and everyone including the .419 is having this problem. idk why its like that. i don't have that problem in emails, only in texts.

and also, i tried switching to stripes, but i would still have that problem.

and the flick scroll is only messed up in text messages. everywhere else its flawless.
