Default Soft Reset

Please Login to Remove!

Hey Guys,

I just bought the speck hardshell case for $9.99 (Seido's prices are too rich for my blood) and now I realize I'm going to have a problem with my frequent battery pulls. I use my BB as a tethered modem and I often need a reset to get me online again.

I was under the impression that the Alt+Right Shift+Del key combination should do the trick. But it's not! I hold it down for more than 30s and still, nothing doing!

What have I got wrong here?

Thanks

Works fine for me. Only had to depress them for around 5 seconds.

are you trying to press them all at the same time, or do you press them in order, alt, right shift, delete.

No I hold them down all at the same time. I just tried it again. Don't know why it's not happening!!!

Just to verify that I'm not an utter moron, please tell me that the Shift key is the one with an "aA" sign and a upward pointing arrow on it...

Thanks

Got it, dude... That was it! I was apparently pressing them in the wrong order. Though, you don't often come across situations where the key sequence is of importance.

I hope a random stranger will do something nice for you tomorrow.

Thanks again

Alternatively, you can install QuickPull app. Do a search, it's free.
