i jus got the new 8703e blackberry and i need ringtones bad cause the ones on it are the worse. please help

I converted a mp3 file to like 64Kbps and hosted it online. Browsing to that url I was able to play it and set it as my ring tone.

Next time use the search button before starting a thread for this, you know that the device is mp3 enabled...so here is the thread you would have found very easily, enjoy!
