WiFi Music Sync not working

Recently, my Wi-Fi Music sync function stopped working. Whenever I try to open the wifi sync, I get an error on my blackberry 9800 (torch) that says
Missing Files
Connect to Blackberry Desktop
Software via USB and sync to
Update files.
I have done this, and every time I get the same error. I removed, and reinstalled the desktop software I have ver 6.1.0.35 (bundle 34) for my desktop software, and my device software is v6.0.0.534 (bundle 2391) My device is connected properly to my network, and wifi music sync is turned on in my desktop software. This used to work just fine, but at some point simply stopped. I have tried everything, any help would be most appreciated.
