Hello everyone,

we have a BES 4.1 SP6MR7 with Lotus Notes Domino 8.0.2 und 8.0.2 Notes Clients and on some Handhelds we got the following problem:

Messages are delivered correctly to the handheld with the correct date and time stamp. For example: a Message arrives the Handheld on 30th October at 13:55 o´clock.

After some time (some hours) the Message appears on the Handheld on 29th of October at 13:55 o´clock.

I have checked the following things:

- Handheld Date, Time and Timezone is correct
- Notes Client Date, Time and Timezone is correct

I found the following Knowledgebase Entry on the RIM Support Site:

Everything on the Notes Client is ok.

Any ideas? Please help me.

Are you referring to the delivered date/time (the date/time you see in the messages folder) or the message sent date/time (the date/time you see when you opened the message)?

I have checked the log, an the delivered time is 13:55 o´clock.
The sent date is a few seconds before.

After a few hours, the messages appears 24 hours before.


@Russo1994: What did you mean with check DST?

I never changed or updated the dst.
The problem only occurs on one handheld.

Can you explain how to change or check the dst?
