For the last few days, my viigo channels are not updating. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

The server has been slow at times.
For starters, try to update that specific channel individually.
You can always delete a channel and place back. I assume you are NOT using a aggregate reader

Have you tried a battery, and is it safe to assume the rest of your BB is working fine?

Don't feel like the lone stranger. I've had the same issue for several days although today it seems to be doing better.

Hello All, I have been using Viigo 3.0.892 for several weeks now and I have to say I really like the app.

The problem I am having is one of the channels does not update regularly; several feeds of Serie A I have subscribed to do not seem to be updaing, primarily the live scores and complted game scores.

I have tried the following: (1) uninstall/install (2) clear cache (3) deleting other channels or services. Nothing seems to make a difference. Might this be a problem with the feed, if so, I cannot seem to find the ticker that this information is being tracked from. A note, all other European Football channels seem to be updated correctly and regularly.

Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

I've often wondered how these Viigo updates work myself.

Some articles, particularly web pages and blogs, work flawlessly and as expected.

Other channels, particularly php messageboards seem to work not so well. For instance, I subscribe to a popular BB messageboard (not talking about this one though), where the maximum articles/posts is always 15 (I have no maximum set for total articles). It may be less than 15 but never more. The on other boards, I only see the new posts; and yet again on other boards, I see the first post but only if someone replied (fetch full article to read the whole thing). I have come to the conclusion that it's a php thing though.

More curiously though, the articles that arrive on Viigo seem to only be a small subset of the actual board posts. Let's say I clear out Viigo, and on the board using the PC Browser, I Mark All Read. 24 hours later, I may find there were say, 200 posts, but I would only see 50 in that time period from Viigo. Even allowing for article latency wouldn't account for the 150 article difference.

All that said, I love Viigo although I'd prefer a Viigo Light since all I do is newsfeed/board articles.

I read that certain higher volume channels tend to be prioritized as it goes through the server. I am now using the alpha and find the channels updating a bit slower. My sens is it is because of all of the modules that have been added on.
