there is a new BtWatch Application which supports the SonyEricsson watches:
Sony Ericsson Bluetooth-watch MBW-100
Sony Ericsson Bluetooth-watch MBW-150 Classic Edition
Sony Ericsson Bluetooth-watch MBW-150 Music Edition
Sony Ericsson Bluetooth-watch MBW-150 Executive Edition

By now, you can be informed using above watches via BB devices 8900, 9000, 95XX when receiving a mail, sms or incoming call.

Best of it all..... it's available as freeware provided by SIC! Software.

Have you heard of any issues with BB9530 using Verizon? After install and following instructions, I can't seem to answer phone calls with application running in background. I can't even ignore the call and it doesn't seem to display caller ID on the phone itself. I'm still testing though, please let me know if there are any known issues with BB9530.
