Hi all,
I'm configuring my BES 12 server to connect also linked mailbox an dlike reported at page 29 section 11 of https://help.blackberry.com/en/bes12...2_v12.0_en.pdf
I've enable the linked mailbox support and specify the credential to connect to the domain where I've the user account.
Once fill in the fields for connection I receive error:
"An error was encountered. The Microsoft Active Directory settings could not be validated".
Which are the port to be open to permit connection to be established? There is a log where I can find more details about the error ?

Solved, the issue was due firewall between the two network.
