I can never use the wifi at home, went through the whole set up new network connections with password and it says "connected" but the wifi logo is always grey. I know when it does work its using the Edge network for data. and when I turn off Mobile network and leave wifi on it always says not able to connect.Am using a full DATA plan
the same wi fi router is coonected to my notebook,a nokia device and apple device but the blackberry device doesnt get connected.

yes..full data plan..BB messenger also works well..but no wifi..

Its just not connecting to BIS.

hello i am a new user i just read the post on the wi-fi and i have the same issue. i didnt under stand what u said the BIS thing can u clarify it for me thanks. and by the way how do i direct to this specific page i just spent 30 minutes looking for this post is there a short cut or some thing.

To the OP, you might have to set up your home wifi network on your BlackBerry again. Manage Connections > Set Up WiFi Network.
