I have used the search for this but no joy. I am trying to change a custom field name to PIN so I can save PIN numbers. I have searched this forum, searched google and tried outlook 2011 help but still no joy. Does anyone know how to do it?

Have you actually opened a contact in Outlook 2011 on Mac and selected the plus symbol? There are at least 5 Custom fields to create/edit

Once set then I think you'll need to edit field mapping in Desktop Manager to work. For now I await for RIM to update their documentation since SP1 from Microsoft has allowed for iSync for Contacts/Notes/Calendar/Tasks to be sync'd.
