Through this summer, I'd used UMA to receive text messages on my 9700 and get Visual Voice Mail messages while on flights with GoGo Inflight WiFi.

In the last 2 weeks, I've taken two flights on Alaska Airlines with GoGo service. The first flight had problems even getting the BES service going on WiFi, let alone UMA. The second flight got BES going, but no UMA.

Has GoGo changed the ports they allow, knocking out UMA service over their WiFi?

PS: GoGo support was useless on this topic.

PPS: I've also recently switched from OS5 to OS6.0.0.448, which might be part of the issue.
