Default How do I delete all data on 8330?

Please Login to Remove!
Got a new BB so I need to delete all the data on my 8330 before I recycle this phone.
Can someone give me the steps to do this please.

Go to Options>Security Options>General Settings> while in General Settings open the menu and select "Wipe Handheld". Tick all of the boxes and then enter BlackBerry and allow the phone adequate time to complete the wipe.
