I was genuinely hoping it would show up sometime today (and its 7pm here in Bombay, India) and no signs of it...

Would anyone know the actual time period for its release (e.g. October or November or Dec this yr)??

I have heard versions of rumors that stretch from Q1 2008 to end Sep 2007....someone must know something....

Moved...and changed title. They were right in the sense that the OS is being added to the TMo website. It's just not 4.3.
