Starting yesterday, I began getting an error message on my 7100t, which I have through T-Mobile. When I click to open an email, it takes me back to the main screen, and then displays the following message: "Uncaught Exception: java.lang.NullPointer Exception". I then have to click back to the email screen, and then I can read the email. I think this past weekend was when T-Mobile was going to do away with the website that came with the account (where I could go to send emails under the same address as my 7100t, and where duplicates of all my emails would be stored). Maybe they f**ked up the programming somewhere. I don't know. But their national toll-free service number says all their Blackberry users are having problems. Anyone encountering the same message as I'm getting? I stayed on the line today for 45 minutes and then got disconnected. It's pathetic.

thats going to be software/OS related not network, unfortunately. sounds like you either have 3rd party software installed, or you simply have some sort of corrupted OS. if you have 3rd party apps installed, i'd suggest uninstalling them one-by-one until you figure out the culprit. if you do not, then i'd suggest upgrading your handheld OS to 4.0.2.49 (the latest).
