thats going to be software/OS related not network, unfortunately. sounds like you either have 3rd party software installed, or you simply have some sort of corrupted OS. if you have 3rd party apps installed, i'd suggest uninstalling them one-by-one until you figure out the culprit. if you do not, then i'd suggest upgrading your handheld OS to 4.0.2.49 (the latest).
