Just shooting from the hip I would have to say VZW. AT&T and VZW are the two largest carriers in the US, but AT&T has the iPhone that they push very hard. VZW actually seems to push the BB's alot harder, and there really isn't another phone offered by VZW to compare to a BB. Like I said tho, I haven't looked for any stats to back up my claim.

Last I saw, Verizon was #1 in the U.S. with BlackBerry users. AT&T was #2. I don't recall who was after that.

I would say TMobile if you count worldwide. But that's just a guess.
