So even if you dont have any real business account. You need to choose that setting to get access to Outlook syncronisation with BB.
I suggest you just reinstall your Desktop Manager and be carefull during the installation so you will chosse business account. (not those exact words, but you will recognise it, there is only one choice anyway, wo pretty easy.)

Don't think so. My DTM is not installed for BES but only for the personal (think it says internet email when installing but it's been a while). As stated above, no problem at all with Outlook 2007, Win 7 64-bit.
