i have a t-mobile 8830 world phone and i was wondering if there was anyway to change from a t-mobile operating system to the sprint version on the same phone. Reply or drop me an email if u have a solution thanks

Welcome to the forums.

There is no such thing as an 8830 on T-Mobile. They only have the 8800 and 8820 devices, which do look a lot like an 8830...but they are different.

There is no way to put the 8330 OS on your T-Mobile device.

And OS's are NOT carrier specific, they are device specific. Even though a carrier releases a version for a device the OS doesn't have any branding beyond the vendor.xml file which we always delete anyway.

Not possible. You can only use an OS for the specific model. 8800/8810/8820/8830 all use a different OS and cannot be used on difference models.
