Hi all. I have an issue where I am trying to get service books but evertime I resend them I get an error. I can send email from my Blackberry but I can't send from Outlook.
Has anyone had this problem where the service books don't get sent correctly?

you say you can send from the blackberry but not outlook. I dont understand how this is a servicebook/blackberry related problem.

Wouldn't it mean outlook jacked? Can't be exchange or the BB since they work.

could be but most likely exchange is "jacked"

could be a problem with the client. try using OWA, if that works and BB works, I'd say fix your outlook.
