Question 4.1 SP6 installed

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

I have a user who has items/events in his device calendar that the time does not match his Outlook calendar (Exhibiting DST symptoms). Now, if he creates new items on Outlook, the times are correct. And no, it's not a DST issue. BES cdo.dll and mapi32.dll matches our Exchange boxes. (SP2 and DST MS Patch installed) Now we can wipe his device and re-activate, but due to political reasons, we are not able to at this time.

Here's my question. In the BlackBerry Manager, there is an option to "Force Calendar Synchronization" under the "Account" section for users. Wireless Sync is enabled on the user's device, now will this force sync the calendar from Outlook to his device?

Thanks!

Mike

Yes it should take whatever is in the outlook calendar and reconcile it to the BlackBerry.
