Just did a wipe and reinstall of OS Sunday, today got JVM 529 and now can't seem to access my memory card. Any suggestions?

Did you try a battery pull? What did you do today, just before the error appeared? Did you install a new theme or incompatible app?

Probably need to wipe with Jl_cmdr (see the FAQ) and reinstall the OS (yellow sticky at the top of the 8300 section).

Also, if the memory card was encrypted it will not be accessible using the new software. Access it thru computer and then re-format it before putting in BB

HI thanks for the replies, sorry I haven't been on in a while.

I pulled both cards and battery and the card was read again so all is fine at the moment. Been having countless problems with this phone, kids got me a refurbished model and even after wipes and re-installs I still get errors. Today I got JVM Error 517 so I am off to do another wipe. My wife thinks it's the product but I think it was because it was refurbished and the original problem was never fixed. I have a few friends with BB and they have never had problems.
