2. Fabulous interface. Great menu system.

3. Rollerwheer and escape button combination works great.

4. Lovely screen.

5. Great keyboard using SureType.

6. Great speaker.

7. Perfect Bluetooth works with my Acura RL. Awesome!!!

8. Good size.

9. Durable. I've dropped it several times and no damage.

10. Utterly reliable software, 3.8 that is.

11. GSM versions work overseas without a hitch.

12. Loud ringers.

13. Lots more good stuff.

I've had a Treo 600 and 650 and a PPC Phone Edition. Been there, done that. Blackberry is best.

I had a 7290. It was very very nice but...

1. I kept hitting the escape button when I reached for the phone when it was ringing. Sometimes during a call I hit the escape button. The result was a lot of disconnected calls. I just couldn't get over that problem.

2. Ringer and e-mail alert were not loud enough.

3. Couldn't find a good case.

However, the keyboard was superb and the screen was excellent in sunlight. Calls came through clearly. Reception was good . The browser worked great.

I would have to agree that I would not be as effective with doing things.
