General Failure on email replies to one address

Hi, all,
One of my users has a 9800 through AT&T and is setup with a BIS account to our corporate email, which is Exchange Online. Everything works fine except for one thing. He is unable to reply to messages received from a one email address. He can send new emails to that address but he can't reply to any that were sent from that person. Also, he can reply with no issue from his desktop but his BB won't do it. All other email addresses work fine.
If it makes a difference, the email address he is trying to reply to is a Google Business account.
