bluetooth tethering

Hi all, i have a problem, i'm using a pearl 9100, and i cannot use my phone as a modem in bluetooth mode, usb fine, but bluetooth no go, wondering if anyone has had the same problem, i'm using windows 7 entreprise edition, pearl 9100 bell, os 5.0.0.972, if i'm missing anything let me know
