HTTP Error 413 help

i am a BB novice looking for some advice, i get the HTTP Error 413: Request Entity Too Large when trying to access a certain website...i believe it is a .pdf website...i've searched on how to fix this but haven't gotten much help...i am using the verizon bb network...anyone have a step by step way to increase the max kb to load per page? thanks a ton!
